Benching 315lb as a female is a dream of mine. A dream not based in fantasy either.

As I have been working and training my goal is to be able to bench 315lb by the end of this year. How many girls have you seen do that?



Today I was very tired but when its time to put the work in I couldn't just stay home knowing that someone out there is training and trying to take my place. Eric Thomas says it the best “Everyone wants to be a beast, until it’s time to do what real beasts do." So wake up with ambition and know that it's not going to be easy but it will be worth it. 


Stay strong and don't forget to RAISE YOUR STANDARD.
